Judith Gap School is looking for a qualified candidate to serve as Facilities Manager. Essential functions include, but are not limited to: monitor and adjust boilers as needed, daily custodial work, snow removal, maintain school grounds, make repairs, set up/clean up before and after events. The Facilities Manager must have a boiler license, asbestos certification, and lead-base paint certification or ability to attend and pass training at within six months or earliest opportunity.
